Mike Annello

Assistant Branch Manager

Mike Annello been with Vellano Bros since 1987. Mike has worked as yard foreman, counter salesman, inside municipal and in contractor sales. He is in charge of counter sales and delivery operations.

Bill Hopper

Branch Manager / Vice President of Marketing

Bill worked for Vellano Bros. from 1971-1974 when we were only a single branch. He left to work for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in loss control for 5 year, before returning to Vellano Bros. in 1980 as Outside Salesman. He became Branch Manager in 1985 and V.P. of Marketing in 1990. Bill is a 1970 graduate of Union College with a BSCE.

Tom O'Hare

Contractor Sales Manager

Tom graduated from Clarkson University in 1985 with an industrial Distribution Degree. He worked 4 years with New York State DOT before joining Vellano Bros. in 1989 for Outside Sales. Tom has been Contractor Sales Manager since 1998.

Andrew Cowan

Contractor Sales Representative

Andrew is a 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky. Prior to Vellano Bros. Andrew worked in the plumbing and industrial industry for Wisway Supply in Florence, KY and Security Supply in Selkirk, NY. He has been with Vellano Bros. since December 2002.

Randi Carney

Contractor Sales Representative

Randi is a US Navy Veteran with over 15 years of sales experience. He worked for 12 years for Sid Harvey Industries, an HVAC Distributor in Albany, NY. Randi came to Vellano Bros. in 2003 as inside and outside contractor sales. He also coordinates trade shows for the company.

Scott Klopfer

Contractor Sales Representative

After earning his B.S. in chemistry from Fredonia Stae, Scott was hired in May 1997 by Trenchless Techology Consultants. He moved to Vellano Bros. Wappingers Falls office in September 1998 working in contractor sales. In 2005 Scott returned to the Latham Branch in Inside/Outside Sales. Scott supervises out CRM software operations.

James Stanton

Master Meter Sales Engineer- New York State

James started with Vellano Bros. in December 2005. He handles Meters and Meters Systems sales for New York State. A chemical Engineer from Georgia Tech, James spent 25 years with Schenectady International Inc., working with coating and resins used as rubber and plastic additives. He worked three years, as area engineer for Hancor, nc. providing engineering and sales support for storm water pipe and drainage systems.

Paul Clifford

Municipal

Paul has been Municipal Van Salesman for Northern New England since 2009. He covers Vermont, New Hampshire and Western Mass, working out of our Latham, NY, Raymond, NH, and Westifeld, MA offices. Prior to Vellano Bros. Paul was Public Works Commissioner for the City of Rutland, VT for 5 years and Highway Commissioner for 7 years.

Gary Nielsen

Municipal Sales Manager

Gary came t Vellano Bros. in 1981, working as our Municipal Van Salesman, After 22 years on the road he moved inside in 2002 as Municipal Sales Manager. Gary graduated from University at Albany in 1972 with a BA in Management. Previously he worked for Rexford Supply and Daigle Aqua in water and sewer sales.

Rick Catuccio

Municipal Sales Representative

Rick started with Vellano Bros. in 1985 as a tractor trailer driver. In 2002 he moved into sales as Latham Municipal Van Salesman. His Territory is Northeast New York, from Watertown to Binghamton and Plattsburgh to Saugerties. Rick also covers Berkshire County, Massachuettes and Bennington County, Vermont.
